How to Stop, Non-Stop worry? #Anxiety

​Whenever we face a situation or whenever we start something new, we go through a series of feelings and thoughts. One feeling stands out in particular. Named – Anxiety!

And anxiety is backed up with fear and this eventually leads to failure and disappointments.

We are so programmed by something going wrong that we forget to remember that something can go right. 

We never stop to ask ourselves,

  • Why would something go wrong with me?
  • Do I deserve it ?
  • Do I need it ? — NO!
  • Is this Anxiety making me feel queasy in my tummy (happy) or terrifying me (not happy)?

So today, if you read this, if you are going through anxiety, stop and ask yourselves these questions. You’ll get your answer!
